Responsibilities Perform general and emergency surgeries in a rural hospital setting. Conduct surgical evaluations and perform a broad range of procedures. Provide pre- and post-operative care with a focus on patient safety and quality outcomes. Collaborate closely with a skilled care team to support patients throughout their surgical journey. Ensure compliance with clinical standards and documentation requirements. Qualifications MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in General Surgery. Active Minnesota medical license or eligibility through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice. Commitment to serving a rural community and delivering high-quality care.
