You'll help keep projects organized, on schedule, and running smoothly by:Building and supporting project plans, timelines, and budgetsCoordinating project activities and helping teams stay alignedKeeping communication flowing between internal teams and clientsTracking progress and providing updates that keep everyone informedAttending meetings, documenting action items, and helping ensure follow-throughIdentifying issues early and helping find solutions before they become roadblocksMaintaining organized project documentation and supporting company standardsAssisting with estimating, quotes, quality checks, and processing smaller ordersWhat makes you a great fitYou're someone who enjoys balancing details with big-picture thinking.
