Job Summary LIFE Geisinger (Living Independently for Elders) is seeking an experienced geriatrician, family medicine or internal medicine physician for our LIFE Geisinger South Wilkes Barre, Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) program, in Wilkes Barre, PA. Position Details Location: LIFE Geisinger Wilkes-Barre Shift: Days (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Worker Type: Regular Exemption Status: Yes Responsibilities Provide comprehensive health and daily living services to older adults to help them remain in their homes. Assess and treat geriatric medical conditions in collaboration with the interdisciplinary PACE team. Coordinate care plans and follow-up visits as required. Qualifications Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (required). Licensed Medical Doctor in the State of Pennsylvania. Certification or experience in geriatric medicine, family medicine, or internal medicine. Skills: Patient care and procedural skills, professional etiquette, systems-based practice. Benefits Starting base salary of $320,000. Continuing medical education: 15 working days and $4,500 CME funds. Fully paid relocation assistance. 401(k) – Geisinger annual contribution over $15,000.
