Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) – In-House Rehab Bradford Hills Nursing and Rehab Center Troy, PA | Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC) | Full-Time Bradford Hills Nursing and Rehab Center is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our in-house therapy department in Troy, Pennsylvania. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing therapy operations, supporting clinical excellence, and driving strong patient outcomes within a collaborative skilled nursing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with leadership experience looking to grow within an in-house rehab program . About the Facility Bradford Hills Nursing and Rehab Center is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility dedicated to providing high‑quality clinical care and personalized therapy services. Our in-house rehab team works closely with nursing and interdisciplinary staff to promote recovery, independence, and quality of life for every resident.
