Responsibilities Selects, obtains and/or administers the anesthetics, adjuvant drugs, accessory drugs, and fluids necessary to manage the anesthetic, to maintain the patient’s physiologic homeostasis, and to correct abnormal responses to the anesthesia or surgery. Demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to provide care appropriate to the neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric population, this requires the ability to obtain and interpret information to identify age-specific patient needs, and to provide the care needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
