Overview Doctor of Medicine | Hospitalist. Location: Lafayette, LA. Employer: Rhino Medical. Contract Duration: 2 weeks. Start Date: ASAP. Competitive weekly pay with AAA malpractice coverage. Responsibilities Provide inpatient care as a Hospitalist Physician. Treat patients of all ages in the hospital setting. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage patient care plans. Maintain accuracy in documentation and communication with attending physicians. Ensure timely disposition of patients to discharge or transfer. Qualifications Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Current Louisiana State medical license and unrestricted DEA registration. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. Ability to work clinically within a two-week locum arrangement. Benefits Competitive weekly pay.
