Job Overview Vancouver Clinic is a physician‑owned, multispecialty clinic located in Southwest Washington. We are looking for an Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA‑C) to join our Family Medicine Department. The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience in primary care. The position is 100% outpatient with flexible schedules (four or five day work week) and shared call among the entire department, supported by an established referral network with excellent collaboration between primary care and specialty care. Responsibilities Provide primary care to patients within the Family Medicine Department. Participate in shared call responsibilities as part of the department schedule. Collaborate with specialists in the clinic’s referral network. Work 100% outpatient, conducting examinations and managing patient care plans. Qualifications Advanced Practice Clinician licensure (NP or PA‑C). Minimum of two years’ experience in primary care. Ability to work 100% outpatient and share call. Strong commitment to collaborative care and high quality patient outcomes. Compensation & Benefits Production‑based compensation model. 1‑year guaranteed earnings of $146,000 with upside earning potential.
