MedStar Medical Group Anesthesiology (MMGA) is seeking a full-time anesthesiologist with expertise in Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Medicine to be based at MedStar Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC. Candidates should be currently in or have completed a regional anesthesia fellowship or regional anesthesia and acute pain medicine fellowship, or have significant experience. Common blocks include: Upper Extremity: Interscalene, Supraclavicular, Infraclavicular, Axillary, Intercostobrachial Lower Extremity: Femoral, Adductor Canal, Sciatic (Subgluteal/Anterior/Popliteal), PENG, iPACK, Fascia Iliaca, Lateral Femoral Cutaneous Chest Wall: Parasternal, PECS, Paravertebral, Erector Spinae Plane, Serratus Anterior Plane Abdominal: TAP, Rectus Sheath, Quadratus Lumborum, Ilioinguinal/Iliohypogastric Misc: Stellate Ganglion Work Environment MedStar Washington Hospital Center is a quaternary care center and Level 1 trauma center in the heart of Washington DC.
