Areas of successes may include, but are not limited to, engagement and retention of team members, agency reduction, increased census and diversified case mix, people and business development, survey readiness, ability to successfully manage a budget and reallocate resources as needed, promoting and fostering positive relationships with your internal and external team members, residents and their families, other healthcare providers, and the greater communities in which we serve. Summary: Successful candidates must have a valid Iowa LNHA in good standing or ability to activate licensure within our state.
