You will provide rehabilitative care in clinical, residential, and educational settings depending on assignment. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients and residents Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and required compliance records Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams including nurses, physicians, and other therapy staff Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safety techniques Adapt treatment approaches for pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations as appropriate Maintain compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations Travel to assigned facilities within the designated city or county as scheduled Credentials & Qualifications Required: Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state where services will be delivered (Alabama, Florida, or Georgia) Ability to travel to assigned facilities within the designated city/county Commitment to working agreed-upon schedule with flexibility as needed Preferred: Prior experience in school-based, pediatric, residential, or similar settings Strong new graduate candidates will be considered where client requirements permit Why This Opportunity Is Attractive This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact across diverse care settings from skilled nursing and long-term care to pediatric and school-based environments.
