Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) Medical Oncologist/Hematologist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to clinical excellence, patient‑centered care, and a passion for treating a wide range of blood disorders and solid tumors. We are a compassionate team dedicated to innovation, quality improvement, and superior patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and treat various types of cancers (solid tumors) and blood disorders (leukemia, lymphoma, anemia). Develop individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies. Provide compassionate care and education to patients and families throughout the cancer journey. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, including surgical and radiation oncologists. Manage follow‑up care and rehabilitation for cancer survivors. Maintain accurate electronic health records and stay current on new research and technologies. Qualifications Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.Training: Successful completion of an ACGME‑accredited residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Hematology/Oncology.Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology.Licensure: Valid medical license to practice in Idaho, or ability to obtain one.Skills: Strong communication skills, empathy, and ability to work in high‑stress, fast‑paced environments.
