Position Overview Ochsner LSU Health System-Monroe Medical Center and LSU Health Sciences Center – Shreveport seek a Fellowship‑Trained Nephrologist to join the Division of Nephrology in the Department of Medicine. This Assistant or Associate Position will be located in Monroe, LA. Must be eligible for active Louisiana licensure and Board‑Certified (BC) or Board‑Eligible (BE). Key Responsibilities Provide high‑quality care for patients with acute and chronic kidney disease, critical care nephrology, glomerulonephritis and vasculitis, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, renal complications of systemic cancer (and its treatment), renal and non‑renal transplants, and dialysis access. Combines teaching and patient care, with an emphasis on leadership and guidance for medical students, residents, and fellows.
