This role is the primary referral source into the section's three surgical pillars, with the fastest ramp to productivity and deep ties to Utah County's sports ecosystem. BYU, Utah Valley University, and dozens of high school programs represent long-term team physician opportunities. Year-round MSK volume from skiing, mountain biking, trail running, climbing, and pickleball.Compensation is designed to accelerate well beyond the Year 1 guarantee.
