NP/PA – Gastroenterology Full Time (1.0FTE) Location: San Diego, California – San Diego Main & Scripps Ranch Clinics Organization: Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group (SRSMG) Position Details Full-time salaried position with a 4 day, 10‑hour day work week schedule and 1 hour for lunch. 100% outpatient work supporting GI physicians. Provide additional patient access through new consultations, follow‑up visits, and low‑risk procedures. No call, no weekends, and no after‑hours work. Requirements / Preferred Experience Experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Gastroenterology Division. Minimum of 2 years’ full‑time experience in a GI setting (or related experience). Ability to work independently. Compensation & Benefits Annual base salary range: $154,500.00 – $216,537.30, with eligibility for bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.
