The Internal Medicine-Pediatrics Residency at Geisinger welcomes applications for a board eligible or board-certified Internal Medicine-Pediatric and/or Family Medicine Physician to join the Milton Clinic and act as the Ambulatory Site Director. Responsibilities The Geisinger Milton Clinic is the continuity clinic site for twenty residents and will spend a half‑day a week serving the patients of Milton in their continuity clinic and spend additional time on their ambulatory rotation as well. Act as the Ambulatory Site Director, overseeing clinic operations and resident education. Work with core faculty on ambulatory curriculum development, faculty development of preceptors, review and dissemination of resident quality metrics, and clinic‑based quality improvement projects. Provide mentorship for residents interested in careers in Primary Care. Schedule Outpatient‑only schedule with flexibility. Clinic hours: Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM; Saturday 8AM–4:30PM. One evening per week required. Saturday rotation required (approx. 1 in 6). Schedule: 36 clinical and 4 administrative hours per week. Benefits Compensation – competitive salary ranges from $320k to $375k based on experience. Up to $250k recruitment incentives. Residency/Fellowship stipend – up to $45k, available up to 18months prior to graduation. Continuing medical education – 15 working days and $4,500 CME funds. Fully paid relocation. 401(k) – Geisinger annually contributes over $15k.
