This leadership role is responsible for patient care quality, staff supervision, workforce management, regulatory compliance, budgeting, recruitment, retention, education, and operational excellence.The Manager will collaborate closely with nursing leadership, human resources, and clinical teams to ensure safe patient care, maintain accreditation readiness, support nursing professional development, and drive quality improvement initiatives.
