Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours. Estimated annual total compensation: $438,690** (board eligible) or $450,020** (board certified). Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week: $104,000***. Projected bonus of up to $40,000 based on previous year’s average, contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets. 401(k) Company Contribution (no employee match):Immediate 3% contribution of base earnings. After one year of service, an additional 7% contribution of base earnings. Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.
