Job Summary Functions as the clinical resource manager for hospital supplies and equipment, acting as a liaison with clinical departments throughout the hospital. Manages all aspects of the job performance of members of the Patient Transport and Distribution sections of SPD, coordinates operations, reviews outcomes, and provides feedback. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the procurement and distribution of hospital supplies and equipment. Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical departments regarding supply needs and equipment logistics. Oversee the performance of staff in the Patient Transport and Distribution sections. Monitor and evaluate operational outcomes, providing timely feedback and recommendations for improvement. Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements related to supply management. Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of supervisory experience and 5+ years of supply distribution experience, preferably in a hospital setting. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. License/Certification: Preferred BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification. Skills: Strong organizational and logistical skills; ability to handle multiple changing priorities; proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; quick learner of hospital information systems and electronic communication devices.
