Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and programs to achieve optimal patient outcomes Recruit, hire, train, and mentor nursing staff to achieve exceptional patient care and foster a positive work environment Collaborate with facility leadership to develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and staff engagement Foster open communication and teamwork among nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote excellence in patient care Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and outcomes Develop and manage the nursing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and fiscal responsibility Requirements 2 years of experience in a management/supervisory role Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field (or equivalent experience) Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of excellence What We Offer A dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and development A competitive salary and benefits package (to be determined) #J-18808-Ljbffr
