Position Summary South County Mental Health Center, Inc. is seeking an experienced and strategic Clinical Program Director to oversee outpatient and community-based behavioral health programs, including therapy, case management, forensics, residential services, Navigate, and psychosocial rehabilitation programs. This senior leadership role is responsible for supervising clinical operations, improving service delivery, ensuring contractual and quality outcomes, and supporting the organization’s mission of accessible, high-quality behavioral healthcare.
