ACLS and BLS certification from the American Heart Association required. Successful completion of an approved residency through ACGME, AOA, or Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Ability and comfort managing an independent patient panel with autonomous practice. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
