What We’re Looking For: Senior Program Director with extensive experience managing complex programs in a marketing agency environment, particularly within the healthcare sector. The role requires a strategic leader who can swiftly understand client needs, align cross‑departmental stakeholders, and drive successful delivery of initiatives. What You’ll Do: Lead multiple program projects across one or more client engagements. Provide strategic direction related to processes and resolution paths. Create efficient solutions within projects by understanding organizational requirements. Develop well‑researched POV documents on a variety of solutions related to project work. Maintain direct client relationships with project owners and management leadership. Interview and recommend candidates for Program Director level and below roles. Coach, mentor, motivate and manage direct reports. Serve as key point of contact and liaison for cross‑divisional teams, agency peers and management. Lead scoping and estimation exercises for existing and new business. Support creation of RFP responses with other teams. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies. Support organizational resourcing based on client needs. Manage projects against profitability, burn and efficiency variances. Who You Are and What You Bring: 15+ years of project management experience, including work at a marketing agency with pharmaceutical brands. Proactive and assertive leadership in problem solving and financial success of projects. Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to resolve conflict positively. Diplomatic ability to work across departments and understand diverse perspectives. Experience managing multiple work‑streams effectively and efficiently. Extensive team management skills for teams of 20+. Systems‑thinking approach that aligns solutions with strategic direction. Proactive, adaptable, flexible and a lifelong learner. Strong attention to detail and ability to operate under tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience running or working with agile teams. PMP Certification preferred. What You’ll Need: Proven experience in program management within a marketing agency, focusing on healthcare clients.
