State-of-the-Art Surgical and Medical Aesthetics CenterPosition SummaryNew Radiance Cosmetic Center is seeking a Cosmetic Surgeon or Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon with extensive experience in high-volume awake liposuction procedures to join our Palm Beach Gardens location.This role is ideal for a surgeon who is highly skilled in awake liposuction techniques, comfortable operating in an efficient, high-volume environment, and experienced in combining liposuction with advanced skin tightening technologies, including Renuvion.We are looking for a provider who prioritizes safety, outcomes, and patient experience while maintaining strong surgical efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform high-volume awake liposuction proceduresUtilize Renuvion (J-Plasma) for skin tightening in combination with liposuctionConduct comprehensive pre-operative evaluations and surgical planningCollaborate closely with the Surgical Coordinator and surgical team to develop and execute individualized treatment plans that optimize safety, outcomes, and patient experienceParticipate in a structured consultation workflow:In some cases, the Surgical Consultant will conduct the initial consultation to provide a preliminary treatment overview and educationThe Surgeon will then meet with the patient to finalize the surgical plan, confirm candidacy, set expectations, and determine expected outcomesProvide thorough post-operative care and follow-up appointments, including monitoring recovery and managing any complicationsEnsure accurate documentation and compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and safety standardsCollaborate with clinical and leadership teams to optimize surgical efficiency and workflowMaintain high standards of patient satisfaction, safety, and clinical outcomesRequired QualificationsBoard-Certified Plastic Surgeon (ABPS) strongly preferredWill consider a Cosmetic Surgeon with a substantial and verifiable history of high-volume awake liposuction proceduresDemonstrated extensive experience performing awake liposuction safely and efficientlyProficiency in body contouring techniques and use of Renuvion (J-Plasma) preferredDemonstrated experience performing autologous fat grafting procedures, including fat transfer to the face, breasts, gluteal region, and intimate/vulvovaginal areaThorough understanding of safety protocols and anatomical considerations associated with fat transfer procedures, particularly gluteal fat graftingAbility to evaluate candidacy, set realistic expectations, and manage post-operative follow-up for fat grafting patientsActive, unrestricted Florida medical licenseNo current or pending disciplinary actions, investigations, or restrictions with the Florida Board of Medicine (or any other state medical board)Clean professional standing with hospitals, credentialing bodies, and malpractice carriersStrong track record of patient safety, outcomes, and satisfactionPreferred Qualifications (Strongly Desired)Significant experience utilizing Renuvion for skin tighteningEstablished hospital privileges at:Jupiter Medical Center, and/orPalm Beach Gardens Medical CenterExperience working in a private cosmetic surgery settingInterest in building and scaling a high-demand surgical service line#J-18808-Ljbffr
