Description The Department of Radiation Oncology at Lake Forest invites applications for a full‑time radiation oncologist to join our multidisciplinary cancer care team. Position Summary The selected candidate will provide excellent radiation oncology care, including diagnosis, patient consultations, treatment planning and follow‑up management, and will: Provide comprehensive radiation oncology services for patients with various cancer diagnoses. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, physicists, radiation therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred care. Participate actively in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives and strategic planning. Ensure patient safety and quality care throughout the treatment process. Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: $450,000–$600,000, reflecting experience, qualifications, internal comparators and external market benchmarks.
