Primary Care Physician (Onondaga County) Primary Care Physician – Onondaga County Position Description: Oswego Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Physician to join our expanding Primary Care team and drive practice growth within Onondaga County. In this family medicine role, you will deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in a modern outpatient setting. Responsibilities include conducting medical histories and physical exams, diagnosing acute and chronic conditions, and developing evidence-based treatment plans. You will also order diagnostic tests and coordinate specialty referrals as needed. You will manage a diverse panel of new and established patients, supported by a collaborative team of administrators, physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and dedicated support staff.
