Key Responsibilities Manage daily station setup, prep work, and assist with execution Maintain pristine organization, cleanliness, and food safety standards at your station. Monitor inventory levels and minimize food waste through precise prep practices. Work collaboratively with the Sous Chefs and Executive Chef to run service smoothly. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fine dining environment preferred. Technical Skills: Excellent knife skills with a focus on speed, precision, and safety. Attributes: Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task under pressure. Coachability: Takes direction well, accepts constructive feedback, and learns quickly. Availability: Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
