The ideal candidate is passionate about optical fashion and seeks a long‑term opportunity to build relationships with the clientele and retail team. Duties & Responsibilities Partner with the Store Manager to develop strategies to increase fill‑rate. Network and build relationships in the market. Deliver a quality eye exam to patients, focused on quality and experience. Make lens recommendations to patients from the chair. Complete a quality hand‑off of patients back to the retail team at the end of each exam.
