We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Operations Manager to keep our high-performing real estate team running at full speed.This role is the engine behind the scenes - managing daily operations, supporting our agents so they can focus on clients and closings, and keeping transactions moving from contract to close without a hitch.What you'll do:Keep daily operations organized and on trackSupport agents with admin, scheduling, and follow-throughManage transaction coordination from open to closeSolve problems before they become issuesCompensation:$70,000 - $80,000 plus BonusResponsibilities:Manage and organize email correspondence, ensuring timely follow-up on all transactions and deadlinesOversee and maintain communication with clients, team members, and a virtual assistant to facilitate smooth workflow, efficient task management and accountabilitySupport the team by preparing, reviewing, and submitting offers in a timely and accurate manner using MLS, Car Forms, and CRMOpen doors for inspectors, photographers, appraisers, or contractorsEnsuring the Team Leader is on track with all responsibilitiesSchedule and conduct property inspections with the required documentationQualifications:Strong organizational, scheduling, and time-management skillsProficiency in real estate software and tools (e.g., CRM, transaction management platforms, MLS knowledge)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with team members and adapt to shifting prioritiesKnowledge of real estate processes, including offers, marketing, and transaction coordination, is a plusReal Estate License is a huge plusMust have experience in the Real Estate worldAbout CompanyWe are a hardworking, top-producing real estate team based in the San Fernando Valley, Greater Los Angeles - built on consistency, discipline, and a grind-first mentality.Our agents are in the field daily - cold calling, door knocking, and building genuine relationships that turn into listings and closings.
