Application window closes on 5 Jun 2026. About the Role MiniMed is looking for a Clinical Territory Manager to educate and train Health Care Professionals and patients on diabetes products. As a field clinical expert and company representative, the CTM reports to the Clinical District Manager for their district. This position supports the Los Angeles South Territory, covering South Bay, Westside, and downtown Los Angeles. The expectation is to be in the field 4–5 days per week and remote the remaining time. Responsibilities Educate patients, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals about intensive diabetes management using Medtronic Diabetes products. Support sales activities indirectly and serve as a technical resource for diabetes products and solutions. Collaborate with sales counterparts and other departments to develop and implement territory growth strategies, identify opportunities, and ensure optimal patient experiences. Troubleshoot clinical and technical issues related to Medtronic products and assist healthcare professionals in managing patient therapy for positive outcomes. Consult and present to individuals and groups, plan and manage assignments within budget, and travel within the assigned territory for seminars, events, and meetings. Capture healthcare professional engagements via Salesforce in a timely and accurate manner. Participate in ongoing competency development through training and attend conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness. Qualifications Minimum Requirements:A valid registered license in one or more of the following fields: Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Dietitian (RD), Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Pharmacist. Associate’s Degree and 4 years of clinical experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of clinical experience. Nice to Have:Bachelor’s degree. Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) or Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) certification. Prior sales experience. Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Field Roles: Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy, with a driving record that will be reviewed as part of the application. Must be able to drive approximately 100% of the time within the assigned territory and may require overnight travel. Compensation and Benefits Salary range (U.S. excluding Puerto Rico): $95,000 – $100,000 per year. Eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP).
