Our ideal Assistant Clinical Director will be independently licensed in Massachusetts (this is a requirement) and will have supervisory experience. Responsibilities Provide supervision, weekly, to master’s level clinicians Provide group supervision, bi-weekly, to master’s level clinicians Maintain a maximum individual caseload of 5-10 patients Daily administrative responsibilities, per the discretion of the Regional Clinic Director Requirements Licensure: Independent MA licensure required (LICSW, LMHC, Psy.D) Clinical Experience: Knowledge of evidence-based therapies suited for outpatient settings.
