Patient ratio of 7. Assignment duration of 91 days (approximately 13 weeks). Highlights: Work in a 629-bed short-term acute care facility with Level II Trauma Center and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center designations Provide crisis intervention and mental health assessments for adult and pediatric patients in the Emergency Department Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including ED attending providers and advanced practice providers Utilize Epic charting system in a teaching hospital environment Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and crisis risk evaluations Free parking provided at the facility Requirements: Full Washington state licensure as LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) – associate licenses not accepted Minimum 3 years of professional experience Experience conducting crisis risk assessments for both adult and pediatric populations Hospital experience preferred Epic charting system experience required Competency in crisis intervention, suicide/homicide/self-harm assessment, involuntary holds, and psychiatric disorders Two professional references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years Why Join Us?
