We are hiring for Over-the-Road (OTR), Regional, and Local drivers for dedicated routes to fit a variety of lifestyles. Our drivers are the backbone of our operation, ensuring timely and secure delivery of goods while maintaining the highest safety standards. Compensation & Benefits • Pay: $0.70 per mile (CPM) • Weekly pay ranges from $1,700 to $2,600.00 • Weekly direct deposit • Consistent miles and reliable scheduling • Performance and safety bonuses (if applicable) • Paid orientation and training • Flexible home time (varies by route type) • Modern, well-maintained equipment • Fuel cards and toll coverage • 24/7 dispatch support Route Options OTR (Over-the-Road) Drivers • Travel across multiple states • 2 3 weeks out, followed by scheduled home time • Long-haul, high-mileage opportunities • Ideal for drivers seeking maximum earning potential Regional Drivers • Operate within a defined region (e.g., Midwest, South) • Home weekly or bi-weekly • Balanced schedule between mileage and home time Local Drivers • Short-haul routes with daily home time • Consistent schedules and predictable routes • Ideal for drivers seeking work-life balance Key Responsibilities • Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) • Transport goods efficiently and on schedule • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections • Maintain accurate logs and comply with FMCSA regulations • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers • Secure cargo properly to prevent damage • Report any mechanical issues or delays promptly Qualifications • Valid CDL Class A license • Minimum 1 2 years of driving experience preferred (or as required) • Clean driving record (MVR) • Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening • Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards • Excellent time management and communication skills • Ability to work independently and responsibly Equipment & Technology • Late-model trucks with automatic/manual options • GPS and electronic logging devices (ELD) • Safety and performance monitoring systems Why Drive with Sealy Logistics?
