The ideal candidate will be proficient in all areas of the department, including: Decontamination of all items such as drills, DaVinci equipment, and scopesSterilization processes using Sterrad and steam sterilization methodsHigh-Level Disinfection (HLD) and scope reprocessing experienceSterile storage proceduresOperating Room (OR) liaison dutiesCensitrac tracking system managementMoving case carts, handling dirty instruments, and preparing case carts for upcoming surgeriesResponding to OR calls for both surgical floorsCandidates should have either CBSPD or CRCST certification (through HSPA, formerly IAHCSMM).
