This role ensures high-quality patient care, Rural Health Clinic regulatory compliance, efficient operations, and alignment with organizational goals. The Clinic Director collaborates with support staff, NPP’s and physicians, along with administrative leadership to optimize clinical performance, patient experience, and business outcomes across multiple service lines.Key Responsibilities:LeadershipProvide overall leadership and direction for clinic operations across multiple specialtiesDevelop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, service expansion, and operational excellencePartner with executive leadership to align clinic goals with organizational mission and long-term strategyFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvementOperations ManagementOversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality standardsMonitor patient flow, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize access and minimize wait timesImplement best practices and process improvements across specialtiesEnsure consistent policies and procedures across all clinic locationsFinancial OversightDevelop and oversee staffing strategies to allocate resources appropriatelyAssists in monitoring revenue cycle performance and being a part of the improvement team to maximize billing, coding, and collectionsIdentify opportunities to improve profitability while maintaining high-quality careClinical Quality & ComplianceEnsure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and safety standardsPartner with clinical leadership to monitor quality metrics and patient outcomesLead initiatives to improve patient safety, satisfaction, and care qualityMaintain readiness for Rural Health Clinic surveysStaff Management & DevelopmentRecruit, hire, and retain high-performing clinical and administrative staffProvide coaching, performance management, and professional development opportunitiesPromote staff engagement and a positive workplace cultureCollaborate with physician leaders to support provider satisfactionPatient ExperienceChampion a patient-centered approach across all specialtiesMonitor patient satisfaction data and implement improvementsAddress patient concerns and ensure service recovery processes are effectiveCollaboration & CommunicationServe as a liaison between patients, staff, and executive leadershipFacilitate communication across departments and specialtiesBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)Current MGMA ACMPE/FACMPE or willingness to work towards certification in a timely manner5 years of progressive leadership experience, in healthcare operations preferredStrong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirementsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsPosted:Thursday, October 23, 2025Closing:Open until filled#J-18808-Ljbffr
