Job Overview The Mercer University School of Medicine seeks a physician to conduct full‑time clinical practice at a rural clinic in Harris County, Georgia. Responsibilities Maintain a financially viable clinical practice at a Mercer Medicine rural clinic. Report to the Director of the Rural Clinics. Achieve incentives based on wRVU production, patient satisfaction scores, and clinic financial performance. Qualifications M.D. degree and board certified (or board eligible) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Georgia. Strong experience in interdisciplinary healthcare education and clinical settings. Desirable experience in a health‐related clinical area, outpatient care, working well with others in an academic setting, excellent written and verbal communication skills, presenting medical concepts to clinical and lay audiences, familiarity with medical settings, and experience working with stakeholders and communities in rural, medically underserved areas of Georgia.
