Position Overview Bring your expertise to help grow an existing hospital-based 100% infectious diseases consultative practice at United Health Service (UHS). This position will include providing inpatient and outpatient consults and follow‑up in the specialty of infectious disease at two hospitals – Wilson and Binghamton General Hospital (UHS) and teaching of residents and students while on service. It also includes time set aside for work related to antimicrobial stewardship. Responsibilities Provide inpatient and outpatient infectious disease consults and follow‑up at Wilson and Binghamton General Hospital. Teach residents and medical students from Upstate Medical University during service. Participate in antimicrobial stewardship activities. Collaborate with the existing group of three physicians and three APPs. Qualifications Board certified or eligible in Infectious Disease . Completed an ACGME‑accredited residency program. Compensation & Benefits Annual Compensation Range: $278,823 – $348,600. Malpractice insurance provided.
