Job Summary Join our dynamic team as the Director of Clinical Management, leading the operational strategy and management of Otsuka's clinical programs in a collaborative environment. Collaborate with the Senior Director of Clinical Management to ensure the seamless execution of clinical programs within established regulations and guidelines. Key Responsibilities Contribute scientific expertise to develop the Global Clinical Development Plan (GCDP). Manage program-specific standards to maintain consistency across clinical studies. Participate in the development of clinical trial reports, publications, and presentations. Lead program-level financial estimates and guide program-level team meetings. Contribute to regulatory documents and ensure readiness for inspections and submissions. Build strong scientific partnerships in immunology to enhance clinical study quality and reporting. Oversee training, onboarding, and compliance for Clinical Management personnel. Support external partnerships and resource planning for clinical initiatives. Engage in data integrity reviews and risk mitigation activities throughout clinical trials. Qualifications Comprehensive understanding of clinical operations, drug development, and regulatory compliance. Minimum of 14 years of pharmaceutical experience with at least 10 years in clinical trial management. Experience in immunology, biologics, and cell therapy is highly preferred. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. Exceptional communication, planning, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to travel up to 25% as necessary.
