Position Title Clinic Director Status Exempt Responsibilities Administer and monitor clients’ treatment and well‑being, including starting IVs, running fluids, and guiding clients through their services from beginning to end. Document interactions and communication with clients regarding therapy services, assessment, and responses or reactions to treatment. Demonstrate compliance with professional standards, regulations, policies and procedures, and accreditation standards. Assist in all hiring functions including selection and development. Train and educate staff on proper procedures and client education. Lead and influence staff through motivation, leveraging industry strengths, and ensuring productivity to align with corporate goals. Maintain and create trust and respect between team members and clients quickly and effectively. Monitor and document staff performance and behavior with the support of HR. Lead performance‑management activities with all staff members, including setting goals, coaching, and career development. Identify high‑performance employees and develop them by assigning additional responsibilities to contribute to overall profitability. Motivate the team with a commitment to positivity, acting positively and instilling passion in the work environment. Assist in conflict‑resolution management. Complete training for nutrition infusion therapies. Exemplify and maintain standards related to culture and ethical behavior. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate’s Degree in Nursing or completion of an accredited paramedic program; current nursing license required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, anatomy, medical terminology, and medical practice functions. Minimum two (2) years of vascular access or infusion experience. Minimum two (2) years of leadership or management experience. Physical Requirements Speak effectively and communicate clearly. Able to hear average conversations. Regularly type continuously throughout the day and use hands to type and maneuver a mouse. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted and 100 pounds assisted, stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for long periods. Maintain vision (20/20) with or without corrective lenses, including color vision and depth perception. Mental Requirements Reasoning ability: Deal with a variety of variables under limited standardization and make decisive decisions. Mathematics ability: Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers and common fractions. Language ability: Read, analyze, and interpret medical documents and communicate clearly. Working Conditions Work eight (8) to ten (10) hour shifts Monday‑Friday with occasional weekend requirements in a general clinic environment with climate control and adequate lighting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
