Benefis Health System seeks a pharmacist to provide clinical and anticoagulation care on a 7‑on/7‑off schedule. The role includes identification, assessment, and resolution of medication problems and direct support to physicians, staff, and caregivers. Key Responsibilities Provide drug information to physicians, staff, and caregivers. Process all prescription orders, maintaining accurate records. Oversee preparation, storage, and distribution of all pharmaceuticals. Supervise pharmacy technicians and pharmacy support personnel. Maintain compliance with all licensing board or agency regulations and Benefis Health System policies. Handle pressure, deadlines, changing situations, and conflict while ensuring accuracy. Qualifications Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a pharmacist in Montana. Pharm.D. degree, or B.S. Pharmacy from an accredited school of pharmacy. Anticoagulation therapy management certification from an ACPE‑accredited course and/or certified anticoagulation provider status from ASHP when applicable. Experience supervising pharmacy staff is required. Compensation and Benefits Exempt wage: $116,147.20 per year (actual offered wage based on experience). Sign‑on bonus available.
