Typical first-year on-target earnings (OTE): $6o,000-$85,000.Paid training & ongoing mentorshipVariety in your day: office, showroom, and customer interactionRelationship-driven sales (not just cold calling)Compensation:$60,000 - $85,000 yearlyResponsibilities:As a Business Development Representative, you'll focus on identifying opportunities, developing relationships, and converting prospects into long-term customers.Responsibilities include:Prospect and develop new commercial accounts through networking, referrals, outreach, and relationship buildingBuild relationships with contractors, property managers, builders, designers, and business ownersFollow up with leads and opportunities to generate new projects and recurring businessConduct customer visits, jobsite meetings, and project consultationsPrepare estimates and project proposals using measurements, plans, and blueprintsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from sale through installationMaintain ongoing communication with customers throughout the project lifecycleAttend industry events, networking functions, and community organizations to build awareness and generate opportunitiesMaintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions within company systemsThe ideal candidate enjoys creating opportunities, building relationships, and managing multiple projects at once.
