Position Overview The Family Medicine Physician will provide full-scope outpatient primary care to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate is mission-driven, enjoys collaborative work with a skilled clinical team, and thrives in a fast-paced environment focused on access and quality outcomes. Schedule • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday• Tuesdays Off• Typical patient volume: 21-25 visits per day• Backup call rotation only (second to an APRN): telephone call approximately 1 in 7 weeks Compensation & Bonuses • Total earnings $315,000 annually• Sign-On Bonus: $25,000 (paid after 90 days of continuous employment)• Retention Bonuses: $8,000 after 2 and 3 years $8,500 after 5 and 7 years $9,000 after 10 years and every 5 years thereafter• Production and Quality incentive plans Additional Financial Benefits • Relocation reimbursement up to $10,000• CME & License Support up to $4,600 annually• NHSC Loan Repayment eligibility• NP Collaborative Agreements: $1,000 per agreement, annually (up to 5 APRNs) Paid Time Off & Holidays • 240 hours of PTO annually• Up to 10 paid holidays, including your birthday Retirement & Insurance • 401(k) Safe Harbor plan 100% vested immediately $1-for-$1 match on first 3% of income and $0.50 match on the next 2% (up to 4% total match)• Health, Dental, and Vision Plans Employer contributes toward all options (PPO & HSA available)• Employer-paid Group Term Life Insurance (up to $80,000 benefit) with optional buy-up• Long-Term Disability available (employee-paid)• Extended Illness Time: accrues up to 8 weeks Qualifications • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine• Unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain)• Strong commitment to patient care and community health
