We are looking for an exceptional candidate who prioritizes patient care to drive practice growth. Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience. About Our Practice Schedule: twice per month, ideally on Fridays Fee-for-service Fully digital, upgraded technology (iTero, CBCT, etc.) Specialty work done in office: Periodontics Compensation Strong minimum guarantee % of collections Malpractice insurance Qualifications and Skills Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with active license in Vermont, in good standing. Completion of a residency program in endodontics. At least 3-5 years of clinical experience. Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients. Highly proficient in aspects of endodontics, including, but not limited to, root canals (anterior, premolar, molar), retreatments, apicoectomy, etc. Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve.
