Dates of Coverage: May 26, 27‑28 (office only on 5/26; 24‑hour coverage with office on 27‑28); June 23 (office with 24‑hour call); June 18‑19 (24‑hour call with office); July 1 (office only); July 2 (office + 24‑hour call); July 15‑16 (24‑hour call + office); July 30‑31 (office + call); August 12 (24‑hour call); August 15 (24‑hour call + office); August 12‑13 (8/12 office + 24‑hour call; 8/13 office only); August 18‑19 (office + call). JOB DETAILS: Coverage Location: Bon Secours Richmond OB GYN St. Mary's – 1501 Maple Ave., Suite 100 – MOB, Northwest Richmond, VA 23226. Practice Setting: Office and Hospital/call for OB‑GYN. Reason for Coverage: Physician on medical leave. Coverage dates: May through June 11. Schedule: Office hours 8‑4 for patient scheduling; call hours 24 each day, including weekdays and weekends. Call Ratio: 1 in 4. Number of Physicians: 4 (1 on leave); 5 midwives. APP Coverage: 5. Exam Rooms: 3 per provider. Onsite Lab: Yes. Onsite Ultrasound: Yes. Office Equipment: Standard OB‑GYN equipment, fetal dopplers, colposcopes (plastic and metal specs), manual BP cuffs. Support Staff: One clinical staff per provider (CMA, LPN, RN). Practice mix: 90% low‑risk pregnancy, 10% high‑risk, 20% GYN. Avg. Scheduled Patients/Day: 25‑30. Avg. GYN Surgeries/Day: 1‑4 (by provider preference). C‑Section rate: 10%. Nursery admissions: N/A. Documentation System/EMR: EPCI. Trauma Level/Designation: Level 2. Required Obstetrics Procedures: Low‑risk pregnancy management (history of twins, toxemia, pyelonephritis, etc.), FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE), OB ultrasounds – performance and interpretation, Level I screening viability. Labor and Delivery Required Procedures: Routine vaginal delivery, low‑forceps decisions, C‑section in complicated delivery, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBACs, repair of 3rd/4th‑degree lacerations. Gynecology Required Procedures: Office/minor gynecology (IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP), surgical gynecology – open laparoscopic diagnostic/minor (tubal ligation, oocyte retrieval, ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy). Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days after candidate approval. Schedule 24‑hour coverage; office hours 8 a‑m to 4 p‑m for patient schedule; call hours 24 each day, including weekdays; 24‑hour weekend call coverage.
