Our Values: CompassionRespectProgressResilienceEmbracing DifferencesPosition Summary: The Mobile Crisis Registered Clinician (CATT Clinician) works with an EMT team to respond to crises, evaluate individuals, determine appropriate care, and facilitate necessary interventions. This role involves collaboration with law enforcement, psychiatric professionals, and hospitals to deliver rapid, high-quality mental health care. The clinician adheres to Roberts’ Seven-Stage Crisis Intervention Model and utilizes evidence-based practices and crisis management techniques. Essential skills include Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma-informed care, and community resource linkage. The role significantly contributes to reducing emergency department visits and regional crisis incidents.
