Overview The Dartmouth Health Neurology and Neurocritical Care Postgraduate Fellowship program is an intensive 12-month training program focused on preparing you for a successful career in neurology or neurocritical care. Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Fellows will work alongside other APPs and Attendings while engaging in structured, competency‑based clinical and didactic training with progressive independence tailored to your development. Your training will take place at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC), a quaternary care facility and level one trauma center. Upon completion of the program, you will be equipped with the following skills: Synthesize knowledge of neuroanatomy and pathophysiology with the results of advanced diagnostics and findings on neurologic examination to diagnose and localize complex neurologic disorders. Develop a solid foundation in the management of outpatient, hospital‑based, and critically ill neurology patients. Work both independently and collaboratively with a highly effective team in a dynamic and rapidly changing field. The goal of the program is to help you grow and develop the acute and long‑range medical and critical thinking skills required to build a successful career in neurology or neurocritical care. Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Master’s Degree Physician Assistant Program or an Advanced Practice Nursing program Must have an active national certification as a PA or NP (must be AGACNP if pursuing the neurocritical care track) Ability to obtain/maintain PA/APRN licensure in New Hampshire prior to program start date Eligible to obtain Federal DEA Registration All offers are contingent on the successful completion of the standard DHMC pre‑employment criminal background check, health screening, and clinical credentialing process before matriculation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
