Brainerd Lakes Area population: 65,000; Regional service area: 115,000. 125 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul. Brainerd has a Delta Airport hub with twice-daily flights to MSP. Compensation $715,000 greater of salary or floor. Hired candidates may be eligible for bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
