Core Clinical Partners is expanding onsite Hospital Medicine services at Upson Regional Medical Center and is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our day shift hospitalist team.This is a team-based, on-site model with strong physician collaboration and support. Schedule 7 AM 7 PMFull-time schedule (block scheduling options available) Program Model 1 Day Hospitalist Physician1 Day NP/PA1 Night NP/PA 30 average daily census115-bed community hospital10-bed open ICU with tele-intensivist supportEMR: Meditech Expanse Key Responsibilities Manage admissions, daily rounding, and discharges on medical/surgical patientsComplete H&Ps, progress notes, and discharge documentationCollaborate closely with hospitalists, nursing, and case managementSupport patient throughput and care coordinationParticipate in ICU management with tele-intensivist support as neededPerform procedures based on experience and comfort level Qualifications Board Certified NP or PAHospital medicine or inpatient experience preferredComfortable managing adult acute care patientsACLS and BLS required (AHA)Strong documentation and communication skills
