COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE $400,000+ annual base compensation Performance‑based bonus incentives Compensation is negotiable and structured based on: Years of experience Subspecialty training or procedural focus Patient volume and productivity Schedule preferences POSITION OVERVIEW The Orthopedic Surgeon will provide comprehensive musculoskeletal care in an outpatient clinical setting. The role emphasizes evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and longitudinal care , with access to imaging, physical therapy, and specialty referrals within the organization. Surgical cases are coordinated based on specialty focus and patient needs. This is a patient‑facing, clinically autonomous role that is supported by a strong care team and robust operational infrastructure.
