Critical Care PA Day Shift in GA Practice SettingMulti-specialty medical/surgical community hospital ICUWork alongside attending intensivists delivering high-acuity, evidence-based critical care Schedule Full-Time: 3 12-hour shifts per weekHours: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM Shift: Day Shift with opportunity for OTTypical APP-to-patient ratio: ICU patients per providerAttending MD always available for support Responsibilities Manage critically ill ICU patients in a high-acuity environmentPerform and document:H&Ps, consults, daily progress & event notes, procedure notesEnter orders and document in Cerner EMRInterpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studiesParticipate in multidisciplinary rounds each shiftPerform invasive ICU procedures in accordance with MSO credentialing Procedures Required Central line insertions (CVLs, vascaths, introducers)Arterial line insertions Qualifications PA or ACNP with active national & state licensure1 2+ years ICU APP experience requiredProven proficiency with central and arterial line placement Why This Opportunity?
