This role plays a critical part in the firm's long-term growth by building and activating new law firm partnerships that generate inbound referrals. This position sits at the center of our case acquisition strategy and is responsible for developing strong partnerships, creating a consistent pipeline of referral opportunities, and helping build a scalable partner network. With the right level of ownership, drive, and follow-through, this role offers a clear path for growth as the Partner Relations function continues to expand. What You'll Own As a Strategic Partnership Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and activating new referral partnerships and driving consistent referral activity.
